OCVarsity will be the place to find coverage of the National Signing Day news and announcements for Orange County athletes on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
It is the start of the regular signing period for football, and some of the top players in the county are expected to make their college choices official that day.
The Register’s Steve Fryer and Dan Albano will be providing updates and a complete signing list that day.
OCVarsity will also have coverage of the Signing Day events being held at schools across the county. Some schools will be honoring college-bound athletes in all sports that day.
Schools, coaches and athletes: Make sure OCVarsity knows about your signing day news.
Schools: Send your Signing Day list to preps@ocegister.com. If possible, email us the list on Tuesday, Feb. 6, so that we can have it ready to publish early Wednesday morning.
Coaches: Make sure we know about your athletes who sign by sending their info (Name, High School, Sport, College/Academy) to preps@ocregister.com.
