The Emmys return this year for the 75th go-round of this celebration of television (and streaming). The Primetime Emmy Awards had been originally scheduled for September but were delayed by the strikes in the entertainment industry.
The red carpet event kicked off at 3 p.m. PST as many stars from television’s most talked about shows showed off their best fashion.
Those watching the Emmys red carpet at home quickly spotted someone dressed as a fabulous green goblin walking the red carpet.

Internet detectives quickly determined that it was none other than Princess Poppy from season 15 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. It was a delight for many fans as Princess Poppy announced they were retiring their drag career during DragCon 2023.
