With snow falling and Santa Claus wishing all a happy holidays, the Brea community celebrated the spirit of the season with the city’s annual tree lighting ceremony.
Students from area schools performed for the gathered community members who also enjoyed a little holiday shopping and lined up to take photos with Santa.
The giant tree made of lights is in the plaza of the city’s Civic Center.
