Let the debate begin.

Now that the inaugural class for the Orange County Hall of Fame has been announced, it’s time to examine who else from the sixth-largest county in the United States deserves that kind of recognition.

You could even argue that there might be some people who were every bit as deserving as – OK, maybe even more than – some of the initial honorees. In a county with 3.2 million people and countless contributors at the highest levels in their fields, it’s nearly impossible to have a perfect list.

But, of course, we have our thoughts about who should be included and also want to hear from you.

Let us know who you’d pick for induction in the Orange County Hall of Fame. We’ll gather some of your suggestions and let readers know who you are convinced deserves a spot down the road.
