A 49-year-old man was shot and killed on the porch of an apartment building in Anaheim on Wednesday, Jan. 23, and authorities were seeking information from the public to locate the suspected shooter.
Around 3:15 a.m., Marcy Aguilar had been shot at least once and collapsed on the porch of the apartment building in the 200 block of East Wakefield Avenue, said Anaheim Police Sgt. Jon McClintock. He was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.
Information on a possible suspect was not available on Wednesday, and a motive had not been determined, McClintock said.
It was not immediately clear if Aguilar was a resident at the apartment building.
