A Laguna Beach house that belongs to restaurateurs Sho and Phillip Fusco is up for sale at $6.195 million.

Records show the Fuscos, owners of Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana at Los Olivos Marketplace in Irvine and Bottega Angelina in Laguna Niguel, bought the property in March 2018 for $3.9 million.

The 3,302-square-foot  Mediterranean style, sited on a cul-de-sac lot nearly twice the size in the “Tree Streets” neighborhood, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an office that opens to a fountain courtyard.

Completed in 2014, the creation of Orange-based architect Paul McClean and master builder Greg McCaffery is known as “Casa Positano.”

McClean also collaborated with developer Nile Niami on the Bel-Air megamansion known as “The One,” which sold at auction in March 2022 for $141 million.

Ocean and mountainside views abound from the Laguna Beach home not far from downtown, Pageant of the Arts and shopping and dining destinations.

Hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and built-ins, and wood-beamed ceilings adorn the interior. The front door opens into the gourmet kitchen with Calcutta countertops, Wolf stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

A few steps down sits the living room, where pocket doors open to a balcony with sunrise and sunset views.

In the primary suite is a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub, large infrared light steam shower, spacious walk-in closet and makeup vanity. French doors open to a balcony that overlooks the backyard pool and spa.

There’s also a built-in barbecue.

On the lower level, the entertainment space has a stone fireplace and a wine station with a beer tap Kegerator and glass display cabinets. The glass wall opens to a covered outdoor living space with ceiling heaters.

Other amenities include a wine cellar below the staircase, a gym and a two-car garage.

A smart home system controls the Nuvo surround sound, air-conditioning and heating, lighting and more from wall-mounted iPads.

The Altman Brothers’ Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman Realty and stars of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” hold the listing.

The Fuscos opened Angelina’s in 2016. Known for authentic Neapolitan pizza, the restaurant has consistently made best-of lists. In 2021, the couple branched out with an Italian restaurant and bar.
