A San Juan Capistrano home owned by “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” alum previously known as Dina Manzo is on the market for $4.752 million.

The five-bedroom, 4,437-square-foot house with six bathrooms sits on a quarter-acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in The Oak Farms equestrian community. Records show the former housewife and her third husband, businessman David Cantin, bought the property after its completion in April 2018 for $2.3 million.

According to the listing, it’s been enhanced with more than $1.3 million in designer upgrades.

The house first appeared on the MLS in July 2019 for $3.5 million. It resurfaced in May 2023 at $5.395 million and has since dropped its price three times, from $4.995 million to $4.899 million to its current ask.

A fountain-flanked entry courtyard leads to the front door. Inside, the gourmet kitchen has bright blue cabinetry, white marble countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and a large center island with seating.

The kitchen flows into a spacious great room, with a combined dining and living room under a vaulted ceiling. Glass doors open to a courtyard with areas for fireside dining and lounging around a fire pit table on one side.

On the opposite side, a pool and spa terrace overlooks the oak-shaded horse-riding rings just over the low hedge. A sundeck and a pergola-covered kitchen with a built-in grill, wall-mounted flatscreen and bar seating flank the pool.

In the house, high-end fixtures and finishes elevate the bathrooms to a spa-like luxury experience.

The primary bedroom has a fireplace and opens to a balcony with a glass railing for an unobstructed view of the training stables.

Christa Lee Canaday of Re/Max Fine Homes holds the listing.

Dina Cantin, 51, stirred up drama as an original cast member of the Bravo hit series “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” from 2009 to 2010 and 2014, as well as her party-planning series “Dina’s Party” in 2011.

She left the ‘Housewives’ after divorcing her husband, Tommy Manzo, and moved to California. In 2015, Tommy Manzo allegedly hired a soldier in the Lucchese crime family to assault his ex-wife and her then-boyfriend, now-husband, in exchange for a deep discount on a lavish wedding reception. While the mobster got a 30-month sentence, Manzo recently sought a plea deal. The case is ongoing.
